Mammy decided to stay for a day and play, so Henry got to stay home from school. He was so excited! Mammy and Henry have been the best of pals ever since he was a baby. We definitely treasure their days together.
After a morning of Angry Birds, they ventured off to Quaker Steak for lunch where I met up with them.
Mammey had to head home in the afternoon. Since Dave is home this month, we took advantage of the nice weather and decided to take the boys down to the ConAgra ice rink. We weren't sure how it would go. I'm clumsy and Henry isn't exactly tough when it comes to getting hurt. Turns out Sammy is quite an impressive skater!
Thankfully there isn't a two-year-old hockey league around, otherwise I might have run off to enroll him that afternoon. The boys had a great time skating with Dave and humored me by holding the rail and going around slowly with me when it wasn't their turn to be out with dad.
