In an effort to create some of our own family traditions, we started doing Christmas at home with the boys last year before we head off to spend time with our extended families. Dave made dinner and we opened presents with the boys.
We did actually have more than broccoli for dinner ... it just didn't make the picture.
The self-timer feature on my camera only gets used once a year for our family Christmas pics.
Henry and I tested it out a few times before we actually got the shot above.
The boys had fun opening their gifts.
Thankfully I have mastered the selfie! It's nice to be in a picture every now and then.
Henry made me this precious Santa ornament for the tree. I love the projects the kids do at school. Our tree has 6 ornaments they have made over the years at Little Blessings. Such fun memories.
