Treynor Night of the Arts - March 5, 2015

Henry had his elementary art show tonight.  We had a really fun time going and seeing the fun artwork he and his classmates made displayed around the school.

That's a whale, of course.

Henry was also very proud of his Jump Rope for Heart duck on the
wall, so we stopped to check that out too.

There was an ice cream social as well.
We had fun seeing Henry's friends and making our own sundaes.

Mammie Arrives - May 4, 2015

Henry was SO excited that Mammie was able to come to celebrate his birthday and grandparent day at church.  We had great plans to surprise her at the airport with signs at the end of the escalator, but her flight got in 45 minutes early.   After we got Mammie from the airport, Sam decided we should probably have a snack, so we stopped by Ted and Wally's to share some ice cream.

After ice cream we went home to relax.  Henry tries to convince Mammie every time she comes that she should play Mario with him.  It never goes well, so she decided to watch this time instead.

February 28, 2015 - Fake Birthday Party

Henry was VERY excited to have his birthday party with his friends at Pump It Up again this year.  He wanted a Minion party, which was fun for all of us.  Since his buddy Max was going to be gone on his real birthday, we had his party a week early.  He kept telling everyone it was his fake birthday party since it wasn't really his birthday.  Goofy kid.

Thanks to everyone that helped us celebrate!  Henry had a blast.

February 24, 2015 - Happy birthday, Dave!

Maurine Turns 90

The boys and I took a quick trip back to celebrate my grandmother's sister's 90th birthday!   It was so much fun to spend time with dad's side of the family.  I love being around Maurine because she reminds me SO much of my grandma (but maybe a little sweeter).

The boys had a great time running around and eating cake while we visited.

After the party, we went back to mom's house.  Sam taught everyone how to play Paw Patrol -- the Sam version of the rules, of course, where Sam always wins.
