Dear Universe ...

About a month ago, I started reading a book about controlling your destiny or something along those lines.  It includes nine experiments to prove to you that you can control the universe and ultimately get whatever you want simply by asking.  So far I've managed to score some primo parking.  One day it was even free due to a broken meter!  That was good because I didn't have any change that day.

About two weeks ago I was thinking about how I would really like some money to spend for Christmas.  Poof!  Literally a few minutes later I got an email ordering a transcript.  Sweet!  Well, that  money hasn't shown up in the mail yet.  Today I was talking to a friend and told her I was grumpy about that money not being here yet because I wanted to go shopping.  About an hour later I got a call from an attorney ordering a daily copy transcript.  Picking up my check in the morning.  Next on the list of things I will be ordering up is a handsome black helicopter pilot!  Don't worry.  He's not for me :)
